Wayne Konetzki M.D.
Dr. Konetzki was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois in 1957. He obtained his M.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine 1961. He completed his rotating internship at Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois 1961-1962. He completed an internal medicine residency at Milwaukee County General Hospital 1962-1965. He was the chief of Internal Medicine and Officer in Charge of Air Force Clinics at Cannon Air Force Base 1965-1967.
Dr. Konetzki owned and operated is own practice from 1967 to 2006 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. His private practice specialized in internal medicine with an emphasis in allergy and environmental medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and a Diplomate of the International Board of Environmental Medicine.
In July of 2006 Dr. Konetzki retired from his Waukesha practice. He has decided to return to practice on a part-time basis providing services at Serenity Health Care Center. He has been a asset to the Endometriosis association working with women to control their symptoms and balance their hormones.
