Barbara Diaz de Leon has been working in the health industry for over 25 years. She had her own remarkable health transformation with chronic Lyme disease and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, and she is passionate to help others do the same.
Since 2020, Barbara has been providing health coaching services for a variety of conditions such as autoimmune diseases, blood sugar regulation and weight loss.
Barbara’s coaching practice is dedicated to helping people restore their health and start LIVING LIFE again! Her clients are shown how to incorporate nutrition, lifestyle, exercise and mindset practices into their daily lives and become sustainable healthy habits.
