Medical infrared imaging also known as thermography;detects surface heat which is a; biochemical reactions. A good way to describe this is that it is looking for an inflammatory condition which usually occurs before disease. Thermography is designed to be used as an adjunct (an additional test) to a woman’s regular breast health care.
