Cancellation Policy for New Patients

Serenity Health Care requires a credit card on file to hold your appointment.Our policy requires that you provide us with notification that you are cancelling your appointment within 72 BUSINESS HOURS prior to your appointment.  If your appointment is not rescheduled/cancelled within that 72 BUSINESS HOURS, you are authorizing us to bill the credit card that is on file, a fee of $150.00.  If you do not show for your appointment, you authorize Serenity to charge the credit card on file a fee of $150.00.

Cancellation/No Show Policy for current Patients

Serenity Health Care requires a 24 BUSINESS HOURS notice for any cancellations/rescheduled appointments.  If you cancel/reschedule/No Show in less than 24 BUSINESS hours for your appointment, your credit card will be charged a $50 fee.  

For any lab appointments that are no showed, you will be assessed a $25.00 fee to be charged to your credit card.
