What to Expect: Results Timeline
While each patient’s healing journey is unique, here’s a general timeline of what many patients experience
First 1-2 Weeks
Initial reduction in pain levels, decrease in acute inflammation, improved sleep quality, and beginning of functional improvements.
Weeks 3-6
Significant decrease in pain (typically 40-60%), noticeable improvement in range of motion, ability to perform daily activities with greater ease, and reduced need for pain medications.
Weeks 7-12
Continued improvement in function and mobility, further reduction in pain (typically 60-80%), increased strength and stability, and return to light recreational activities.
Months 3-6
Maximum therapeutic benefit achieved, substantial or complete pain resolution for many patients, return to most or all desired activities, and long-term tissue healing continues.
